When purchasing goods and services on Seminarer.dk you accept the terms of agreement and use (“Terms”) mentioned below.  

The Terms govern your use of our website, apps, and other products and services (“Services”). As some of our Services may be software that is downloaded to your computer, phone, tablet, or other devices, you agree that we may automatically update this software, and that these Terms will apply to such updates. Please read these Terms carefully. Personal access for You

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services. You may download content from our Services only for your personal, non-commercial use, unless you obtain our written permission to otherwise use the content. You also agree that you will not share the access to your account or the access information for your account with any third party. Using our Services does not give you ownership of or any intellectual property rights to our Services or the content you access. 

No Academic Credit

Unless otherwise explicitly indicated by a credit-granting institution, participation in or completion of courses offered by Seminarer.dk does not confer any academic credit. Even if credit is awarded by one institution, there is no presumption that other institutions will accept that credit. 

Prices and special offers and payment: 

The following terms of payments applies when signing up for an event with Seminarer.dk: 

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in DKK ex. DK VAT. You are responsible for paying all fees charged by or for Seminarer.dk and applicable taxes in a timely manner with a payment mechanism associated with the applicable paid Services.  

If your payment method fails, you will not have access to the course or services offered by Seminarer.dk. In the event of late payment, default interest is calculated in accordance with the interest act. If you receive a reminder, you will be charged an administration fee of 100,00 DKK.

Card payment

Seminarer.dk accept the following payment cards: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard and Visa Electron. No credit card fees will be charged when buying on the website. 

The transaction will be reserved on your account while the order is being placed on Seminarer.dk. However, we will not deduct the money from your account until we have approved your registration in our system. The invoice is sent via e-mail. The invoice does not contain any sensitive personal information. However, it will always appear which payment method was used and by whom the purchase was made.  

Payment security

When using your credit card on our site, the transfer of your credit card information will be encrypted via NETS / DIBS, which complies with all safety requirements within the industry, including the card-industry’s common security standards PCI DSS used by VISA and Mastercard. Seminarer.dk are certified by NETS/DIBS to use this form of payment and do not save your information.  

We will never withdraw more than the amount you accepted when ordering.  

Refund policy

• In the event, that a course is canceled, the full amount will be credited. 
• If you cancel your paid enrollment for a standalone course, Seminarer.dk will offer you a complete refund until 30 days prior to the event.  
• If you cancel your paid enrollment less than 30 days but more than 21 days prior to the beginning of the course, you will be charged a cancellation fee. 
• Please note: If you cancel your paid enrollment less than 21 days prior to the course, you will not receive a refund.

Privacy notice

This Privacy Notice covers information that Seminarer.dk collects from you through our Site. Seminarer.dk collects personal information given when placing an order, including account registration details such as name and email, details of Content Offerings you undertake, survey information (where you provide it), identity verification data, and information about your use of our site and Services.  

Seminarer.dk are the data controller of the personal information we collect about you. Personal data is always handled by Seminarer.dk and possible external partners in accordance with current Danish law. We only collect and save information necessary to complete and deliver your order. Personal data can include information such as your name, email address, IP address, and device identifier, among other things. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Personal Data you submit to Seminarer.dk. 

Inaccurate information may affect your ability to receive important information and our ability to contact you. For example, your email address should be kept current because that is one of the primary manners in which we communicate with you. 

All personal data is handled in the strictest confidence and will never be passed on to a third-party. The information is saved for five years in accordance with Danish law.  

According to the European GDPR you can gain full access to your personal information by making a written request to [email protected]. 

When signing up to our newsletter, your email address will be used for marketing about the subject area you have agreed to receive newsletters about. You can at any time unsubscribe to the newsletter by clicking “unsubscribe” (“Afmeld nyhedsbrevet” in Danish) at the bottom of the email, and your information will then be deleted.
